Ricardo Abueg has been with Express Network for four years and currently serves as a Records Retrieval Co-Manager, helping lead the team responsible for obtaining medical, billing, X-ray, and business records. He brings a hands-on approach to managing high-volume requests and works closely with his team to keep matters moving efficiently from intake through completion.

Ricardo is focused on organization, follow-through, and making sure clients receive the records they need accurately and on time. He takes pride in supporting his team, resolving challenges as they come up, and helping maintain consistent service across the Records Department.

Outside of work, Ricardo is part of the staff for a motorcycle track day provider and is also a licensed amateur motorcycle racer with two Southern California racing organizations, CVMA and CRA.

Haidee Rosales brings 10 years of experience in records retrieval and currently serves as a Records Retrieval Co-Manager at Express Network. Over the course of her career, she has developed extensive experience overseeing the retrieval, processing, and delivery of medical and legal records while managing the demands of a high-volume environment.

Haidee is known for her organization, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy and client service. She works closely with her team, healthcare providers, attorneys, and vendors to keep requests moving, resolve challenges, and ensure records are handled securely and delivered on time. She also takes pride in improving workflows, supporting team development, and maintaining consistent service standards.

Outside of work, Haidee enjoys staying active, working out, hiking, spending time outdoors, and exploring new places.

Douglas Ordonez serves as Director of Imaging at Express Network and brings more than 30 years of industry experience to the role. During his seven years with Express Network, he has led the Imaging Department through a wide range of high-volume and time-sensitive projects, including trial preparation, legal exhibits, digital printing, binding, scanning, and document imaging.

Douglas is known for his technical knowledge, attention to detail, and strong operational leadership. He oversees an experienced team that works closely together to manage complex projects while maintaining accuracy, quality, and dependable turnaround times. He takes pride in developing efficient workflows and helping clients meet critical deadlines with confidence.

Outside of work, Douglas enjoys coaching and mentoring others, listening to music, and spending time playing and watching sports.

Jonathan Ordorica has been part of Express Network for more than 20 years and currently serves as Court Services Manager, overseeing the San Francisco and Los Angeles teams, along with the company’s out-of-state court service work. With decades of hands-on experience, Jonathan brings a deep understanding of court procedures, operational demands, and the importance of delivering accurate, dependable service.

He takes pride in supporting his teams, keeping work moving across multiple locations, and making sure clients receive the level of service and follow-through they expect from Express Network. His experience and steady leadership have made him a trusted resource for both his team and clients.

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys the lowrider community, riding and collecting old-school BMX bikes, and getting out to fish whenever he has the opportunity.

Jesse Villalta serves as Quality Control Manager at Express Network, supporting daily operations while overseeing the quality and accuracy of the services we provide. He works closely with teams across the company to review processes, resolve issues, and make sure each assignment meets both Express Network’s standards and the expectations of our clients.

Jesse is known for his attention to detail, problem-solving approach, and commitment to getting things right. He takes pride in helping teams identify opportunities for improvement, strengthening consistency across operations, and making sure clients receive dependable service from start to finish.

Outside of work, Jesse is an avid gearhead with a passion for cars and motorsports. He also enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and spending time around anything with an engine.

Heidi Giraud has been part of Express Network since 2000, beginning her career as a Customer Service Representative and growing into several leadership roles throughout her tenure. Her experience spans customer service, account support, billing operations, invoice processing, and client billing, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both the client experience and the financial side of the business.

As Billing Manager, Heidi oversees billing operations with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and responsive service. She works closely with clients and internal teams to address billing questions, manage account needs, and help ensure invoices are processed correctly and efficiently. Her long history with Express Network gives her a unique perspective on the company’s growth, systems, and evolving client needs.

Raul Torres has been part of Express Network for 27 years and currently serves as Dispatch Manager, leading the company’s on-demand messenger operations. With decades of experience coordinating time-sensitive requests, Raul brings a deep understanding of what it takes to keep assignments moving quickly, accurately, and reliably.

Raul leads his team with a true can-do attitude and a strong focus on responsiveness and follow-through. Whether the request is routine or urgent, he works closely with his messengers and internal teams to make sure clients receive dependable service whenever and wherever it is needed.

Outside of work, Raul keeps things a little more low-key, but at Express Network he is always focused on keeping the team moving and getting the job done.

Cynthyia has been with Express Network for more than 13 years and brings over 20 years of experience in the legal support industry. As Service of Process Department Manager, she leads the team responsible for coordinating the service of legal documents nationwide and making sure each assignment is handled accurately, efficiently, and with the urgency it requires.

She works closely with trusted process servers across the country while maintaining clear communication with clients, including many of Express Network’s high-profile and elevated law firms. Cynthyia takes pride in keeping matters moving, resolving challenges quickly, and making sure clients receive consistent updates and dependable service from start to finish.

Outside of work, Cynthyia enjoys spending time with her two boys and family, going to Disneyland, and watching movies, especially horror films.
